New members may be admitted to the GTG from time to time subject to the following :-

  • the intending member shall have made an application in writing to the Secretariat;
  • the intending member shall have made a presentation on its profile at a Technical Committee meeting of the GTG;
  • the Technical Committee shall have passed a resolution to approve the application after the intending member's presentation;
  • the Technical Committee's resolution shall be tabled by the secretariat at the next Annual Conference for its adoption;
  • the Secretariat shall have sent to the intending member a letter informing it of the approval of its application for the membership; and
  • the intending member shall have declared in writing to the Secretariat that it agrees to become a member and be bound by the terms of this Agreement from the date of its admission whereupon it shall be deemed to have become a party hereto;

Membership Fee

  • Membership fee shall be USD 1000 per year.
